What a beautiful day it is today! Are you managing to do your daily miles whilst you are at home? We hope so! As we know exercise is very important to keep us physically healthy but also is a great way to keep our minds healthy too!
A few weeks ago we posted on our school twitter page the links to these fabulous Joe Wicks, daily PE sessions. They start at 9 am every day and last for roughly 30 minutes (half an hour). I was just wondering if any of you had managed to have a go at some of these at home? I know that myself, Miss Varley and Miss Pugh have been doing them and they are really fun!
Here is the link for you to use, to have a go at them. You could even go back and have a go at some of the previous ones.
I thought it would be nice if you could comment below, after you have completed one, and let each other know what you thought of them or which parts you found easy or difficult. Try to encourage your family to join in too!
If there are other ways you have been exercising whilst at home, then please share these ideas with us. Here are some of the ideas’ Miss Moores thought of;
- Bouncing a ball
So don’t forget the PE sessions are on every day (Monday to Friday) at 9.00 am.
Good luck and we look forward to hearing how you are getting on and what exercise you are doing whilst at home.
